How to use Single Tracks

Choose what sort of mind state you want to enter (like Focus, Creativity, Wake Up, Relaxation, etc.).
Then choose Jumpstart or Maintain (or other filters).
Jumpstart tracks are designed to move you quickly from one mind state to another. These are stronger tracks and shouldn’t need to be played more than once or twice a day.
Maintain tracks are designed to help you maintain a mind state. They can be looped and played over and over again.

Finding the right track that fits you is both subjective and objective. Above are suggestions (and what works for us and many others.) Everyone’s brain is a bit different so the tracks can affect us differently. We suggest you start with above and then experiment to find the right track to suit your needs.
