    The Pomodoro Technique is a very effective time-boxing system to help increase your productivity. A Pomodoro is 25 minutes of focused work followed by a rest period of 5 minutes. A Pomodoro session is 4 Pomodoros followed by a longer rest period.

    The benefit of focusing hard and then taking a break are well known. The trick is finding a good way to stay on track. And the Pomodoro Technique is a great way to start being more productive with your time.
